Virtual Resources to Help with your New Year’s Resolutions

NoveList iconYour Library can help you with your New Year’s Resolutions, and we can do it from the comfort of your home. If you want to discover new authors, learn a new language, develop an appreciation for classical or jazz music or embark on some home improvements our Virtual Collection can help.

NoveList is a helpful readers’ advisory tool which is easy and fun to use, and can help you discover new authors.  You can start by typing in the title of a book you have loved, and then quickly get a list of read-alikes.  You can do the same by author, or even describe a plot.  NoveList uses “appeal factors” as well, so if you like to read about a particular time period, country, or enjoy a particular writing style, NoveList can help.
